As a part of our continued growth and our recent expansion into Metuchen, we have decided to change the name of our practice from Middletown Foot & Ankle to

Axis Foot & Ankle

You can continue to expect the same exceptional care, personalized treatment, and commitment to your foot health that you’ve always received from our practice. We are not changing owners and are still the same private podiatry practice owned by Dr. Mithun Sivadasan. Our phone numbers will remain the same but our website will change to www.axispodiatry.com

 

We Are Moving!

 On 4/9/2025, we will be relocating to:

1650 State Route 35, Ste 4, Middletown NJ  07748

We will be operating in the brown office building at the end of the Fountain Ridge Plaza that is located between the former Pancake House & Arbor Terrace in Middletown. For better familiarity, this is the same plaza where Dominos and Nana’s Kitchen are located.

 

Dr. Jerry Silberman

We would like to proudly welcome Dr. Jerry Silberman to our practice. Dr. Silberman has been treating patients in the community for almost 40 years and has served as the Chief of Podiatry at Riverview Medical Center for the past 25+ years. He will be treating patients on a part time basis with us prior to his retirement later this year.

We are deeply grateful for your trust and we look forward to continuing to serve you under our new name. If you have any questions about this change, please do not hesitate to reach out.
